Kent RO water purifier
No service is provided and the piece is not working

Sir,

i have been keep callin to the customer service centre of kent RO water purifier in gwalior and no body is responding me with the service, itz being 6 months we are facing problem with the purifier, the purifier is not working properly and not filtering water.

we also complaint many times to the shopkeper for this but he is not listening, the product is under warrenty.
