Dear Sirs,
I had purchased the latest model of KENT RO System on 16tyh Jume 2009. The appliance stopped working on 9th July and I lodged a compaint with their customer care on 0120-4669666 which was accessed with great difficulty at 9.15 A M on 10th July. The complaint No given was 445857. When I again tried to enquire on the visit of their technician I was informed that I should be prepared to pay Rs 300 for visiting chargs to which I readily agreed. Even after this no body turned up. Now I am told that unless I opt for an AMC the visit would be further delayed. This is completely unethical but I seem to have no recourse
