My name is Prasanth PC, I have given my Onida DVD playar to Adoni Electronics Pvt Ltd. on 29/04 and they informed the DVD can be repaired within 1 week (ref No.10291525). But till date the same is not repaired, I regularly follow up the case but they are not telling the reason, but only inform call after 1 week. This makes me irritation. Today also I called their no.0496-740858 but their reply was same. I request to make necessary steps and solve this issue.
