I PURCHASED A KENT WATER PURIFIER ON 13/5. AFTER ABOUT 2 MONTHS, THE WATER TAP KNOB OF THE KENT IS BROKEN.I INFORMED THE DISTRIBUTOR WHO PROMISED TO CHANGE WITH A NEW ONE. BUT TILL DATE NOBODY CAME TO REPLACE IT.I EXPECTED AT LEAST DURING SERVICING DUE AFTER THREE MONTHS THEY WILL CORRECT IT. BUT NOBODY CAME FOR SERVICING, IT'S 4TH MONTHRUNNING AFTER PURCHASE.PLEASE HELP.
