Very Poor After Sales Service

We had purchased a KENT Pride in March with order No.059001006 and the same adviced by the Sales agent at that time stating that this is the best model though a little old though a new version has already come up.

We had purchased this model as my brother is ill and is furing with jaundice.

We on trust had brought this model but the same has started giving problems now. In the beggining itself the machine used to make a certain noise and when we called the sales guy he can and checked but the noise still persists.

Also, yesterday the machine stoped functioning. We again called the service rep twice but he stated that everything is fine and checked certain things. It is when i shook the outlet pipe the system started to work.

Water is a basic neccesity and we have taken the system from KENT to ensure that the water we dring is clean and pure but I am not exactly sure weather I will suffer from impure water or I am suffring from the harrasment of inaapropriate service or breach or trust.
