I purchased a 1400 KVA ICBT invertor before five months and since last four months it is not working at all. Whenever I called to the toll free number they just inform us that your problem is solved within 24 hours. But till today after 100 days also my problem is still as it is. At the same time the battery is also getting damaged without in use. I am getting extra current bill also. Does there is any remedy to close down this type of cheating company. You can imagine the temperature this year and the frequest power cut is our area. I had purchased the invertor from kevin company as i hoped that there services are good. But the services are the worst. Please guide me how to file a case against this fraud company
