We bought 2 khaitan fans in the month month of march 10. one of which went fault in just 3 months of usage in june, the dealer replaced the fan after calling him for tleast 30 times and after telling for almost 1 days that was peak summer. the next one got faulty in oct..and no one has come to replace it till now even after complainting so many times..but luckly the climate is good..so we are ab;e to manage it without. THe qaulity of the fan is worst and never sugest any one to buy the same...
