I purchased electric iron (Khaitan nafiza, Sl. No. 4 (7) 814) from M/s chhabra Electricals V-63, New Market, Harola, Sec-5, Noida01 (U.P) Book No. 39, Bill No. 1948 @ 380/- . During its guarantee period one of them is non functioning. Now when talk to said dealer, he told me that he is no longer an authorized dealer, nor khaitan is manufacturing electric irons & he now deals only in khaitan fans. Now, you please suggest me who will take the responsibility of it’s guarantee. I am waiting for your rapid & Positive response. Hope you will look forward into this matter..
