Fan recently purchased not working

Hi Sir,

I have recently purchased 02 khaitan Zolta celing fans from market and out of them 01 Fan is suddenly got off and its not turning on. I went to the shopkeeper and he told me to contact the customer care. I mailed to customer care but no response. The fans are under warranty.
