No refund for Online contest

I got a mail stating that there was a contest running and that I could participate in it.

It also clearly mentioned that if I did not win then the money will be refunded back.

But to date I have not been refunded my money which I paid from my HDFC Bank Debit card.

Further the mails, calls to the company have all been unanswered.

Plz help
