On 2nd Jan received two products that is I Pod and Watch where in I Pod was in bad condition and secondary both the products did not carry any warranty/guaranty card along with it due to which it signifies that the products does not belong to significant company.
have e-mailed at [email protected] on 4th Jan but still there is not revert, so would requrie your assistance to get it replaced.
