Non receipt of Life Time Warranty Card

Dear Sir,

I, Mr. Tanmoy Dutta, purchaser of one Faber Chimney Model No. LCW 60 (Mass Energy) received one covering letter along with other letter. In which it has been written that "Enclosed herewith your LIFE TIME WARRANTY CARD No. 159970" but the card was not been inside the envelop.

Kindly investigate the matter with courier service and send another LIFE TIME WARRANTY CARD (LCWT) as soon as possible in the following address and oblige.
