I saw a demonstration of Kodak C-140 8.2 MP Digital Camera on Homeshop18 Tv channel & I ordered the same product by phone.
After 10 days I received the product by Courier, after few days when I opened the parcel I got 1 Camera, 1 USB Cable & 2 Normal batteries (No Rechargeable), when I shoot photos, I was surprise there is only 15 photo shoot capacity in the camera but in the demonstration anchor told t 5000 photo shoot capacity.
After that I went to retail shops there is Memory Card & 2 KODAK Ni-MH Rechargeable Digital Camera Batteries AA with Charger are also provided by the company & there selling price is 4500/- & Homeshop18 charged from me Rs.4600/- without Memory Card & 2 KODAK Ni-MH Rechargeable Digital Camera Batteries AA with Charger.
(both loose items market selling price is approx. Rs.1500).
When I call to Homeshop18 Customer Care they didn't response me proper.
Please help me what should I do,
