I tried to purchase Kodac C43 easyshare digital camera by HDFC credit card on line on NET, but on that time (Nov 23) server was not giving responce, I tried for 4 times, after that I got conformation of transaction & I got email from Bag it today for order booking confirmation, But on next day the representative called me & says that your transaction was not completed & asked me to go with Phone banking on line facility & I used my SBI credit card & that transaction was completed & I got the product on my SBI card transaction (Here On SBI card, Order copmleted), But my HDFC card statement shows of debited amount for purchase & representative of Bag it today also agree that they got payment from my HDFC transaction, But till today I did not received Other Kodak digital camera for my this (HDFC) transaction.
