Myself Neetesh Agarwal. I am from Agra, I had purchase Videocon d2h LCD TV from Naveen Radio Which is located at Agra in Hing Ki Mandi. I thought Videocon company is world best company for home appliances. But I purchase Videocon LCD TV is not worked properly. Than I contact Naveen Radio they told us we are not a service provider. So tell me what can we do.
