We had Given our Brother labelling machine (MODEL QL - 550) to Kores - India, in their Mahim (Mumbai) Corporate office for Repairing as kores is only Sole Distributor of Brother Company, JAPAN. I send machine on 11/04 & I made 3-4 Reminder also for Status Machine but till date i could not get any Single reply from Kores. Also I tries to contact them thro' Phone & Every time their Department person could not able to Commit about status of machine.
