Sound in chimney while in operation

Dear sirs,

I have purchased Electric chimney (KCH 460BL) on 13.5.09 from

Big Bazar, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. It is within the warranty period of 2 years. Recently while in operation excessive sound has started coming from the chimney.

Complaint was lodged on 29.6.10 at 1200 hrs. Complaint No. is

241271 given by their call centre. Repeated reminders to call centre, local service centre & their head have had no effect. No one has bothered to attend till date, though promises are being given.

Request to take up this with them n have it attended urgently.
