Sir,
We have purchased two washing machines from Big Bazar, Kachiguda Branch. Out of Two, One is working another one is not working. The same matter is informed to your Call Centre by Phone. They have given compliant number. That is 355296 dated.06/11. After one week Your Machinics are coming and they are told one part is damaged, you will come later. Further so many times calling, but no responses. If you are not take action within one week, i will go to action planing.
