Dear Sir,

I have been trying to contact Voltas customer care centre telephonically on the below mentioned telephone # for the last so many days but in vain:

1) 66628695

2) 66628696

3) 66628697

4) 66628698

The answering machine always says, “The number you have dialed is currently busy, please try after some time.”

Prior to this, on 4 Dec. I sent SMS also but no one has responded so far.

Kindly arrange servicing of the air conditioner at the earliest.

Please send servicing man only after 15.00hrs as the house is usually locked before this time. It would be better if he comes after confirming telephonically. My telephone # are as under :
