1.5 T VERTIS PLATINA SPLIT AC
GAS LEAKAGE

Dear Sir

I have purchase a split Ac in the month of sept and at that time

i have observed the cooling effect of the AC was not proper and in the

month of March we have found the AC is not cooling completely I

have informed several times to the dealer but the response was not

positive and one day he sent a technician and inform me that the GAS

leakage and he is ready for refilling. But the refilling is not a

solution, I want reason behind the leakage of Brand New AC.

I become very much worried that i have purchase a reputed brand AC and

the performance was so much poor.

I request you to arrange to replace the AC immediately, As i am

facing lots of problem because my wife is a heart patient and she

needs Proper cooling AC.
