I, Mr. Arnab Das, customer of your Reliance Digital, On 26th March buy a Philips DVD Player from your shop (Bansdroni).but when I came to home and turn on the DVD Player it might not work properly And it is a Repaired DVD player including service tag. But I go the next day to your shop, your executive did not solve my problem and told me that a Engineer came to my home and solve my problem. Till now I harras for this problem. But there is no Engineer came from your side till today. If I don't get any type of reply or Replace my DVD player then I wish to go to the Consumer Forum and inform about your shop.
So Please do the needfull as soon as possible
