K Q Steamer
Non working of indicate lamp & timer does not give beep when food is complete

I purchased from AVA Merchandising Solutions pvt ltd. (shoplite) Kitchen Queen Steamer & Pizza pan on 09/04 from Indira Gandhi international domestic airport after arriving by Jetlite flight. We first time used K Q stemper for boling vegitables on 16/04 but found that both lamp indicator & beep are not working. I tired to login in AVA web site but several attempt failed. Plase let me know contact nos. & address of AVA service centre in Mumbai so that K Q steamer can be replaced/serviced for the above defect.
