My household items got delivered from Hyderabad to Bangalore on Saturday (3rd July). I paid Rs. 4500 (3% of value worth Rs. 1.5 lakhs) as insurance. I was assured that I would get insurance if anything happens to any of the items.
Unfortunately, my microwave oven was delivered with the front glass broken. It has been two days and I have not got any call for the insurance. I would want to escalate this matter if there is no action at all. The GC Note no. given in the receipt is 1459, Bill no. is 257.
