Let me share my most memorable and learning experience with E-zone.

As we have heard the name of E-zone being the pioneer strength in electronic Gadgets retailing.

So for my first purchase in electronics good at pune I went to ezone, Pimpri branch.

The shop is well located near Big Bazaar; where all the gadgets were very well placed and exhibited.

We were looking for the PRESS for which your sales person showed us the different product and as per our Budget we choose the KYRO STEAM IRON—worth 399/-

We asked him for the testing for which he replied its all fine as well as the product it already tested.

Now, when we opened the product at home we found the body of it is already damaged.

Let me ask you what kind of tested Product you are selling. Is this the way the product are been retailed by EZONE. This has not only ruined the name of Ezone but also the product company KORYO which is a part of future group.

Thanks for everything, let me put it in a simple way we want the product to be replaced else give our money back.
