I have bought a Micromax Fun Book from Landmarkonthenet.com on April 19 by prepaying the order amount as there was no COD option and promised a delivery date of April 23. But when I didn't receive this by april 25th, I registered a complaint with the website and some one called the next day and said they have backlog of pending orders so it will be delivered by next two days. Then again when I didn't receive the item I again lodged a complaint for which they answered that item is yet to released on May 1. Then they changed the release date to May 7 and Now to May 15.
These guys must be taught a lession as they breach the customer trust and discourages internet buying. And they keep committing the false commitments and shear lies. Had there been a Pre-Payment or COD option available, customer could have known that this item is yet to be released and have not kept the money with these people for more than 20 days.
There must be some strict regulatory forums to stop such fraudulent activities by these e-commerce portals and also there must be some public listing of these blacklisted sites over such forums.
