I had cancelled order O25061106036 placed in Landmarkonthenet on 25-June in the beginning of July as Landmark did not have the books I ordered on stock. I received a sms from them saying that the amount of the order would be refunded into my HSBC credit card account in 10 days. I still have not received the refund.
Moreover, the number mentioned on their website for grievance addresal is continously busy and I can reach through to them on this number.
This is utterly frustrating considering that Landmark is supossed to be Tata company and claims excellent customer service!!!
