I purchased one Laopala dinner set from Bigbazar, haldia, west bengal on 14/11.There was one scratch card inside the box. After scratching this card I found that CAR is written on this card and Bigbazar confirmed that I won Car. Immediately Bigbazar sent all documents to Laopala to claim CAR.After 15 day with daily followup Laopala telling that Scratch card which we found inside the laopala dinner set box is dublicate so they are not liable for any claimed gift.
