Payment dues & cutlery set missing with dinner set
We are trying order one dinner set with cutlery set through the internet to INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB in june but unable to process & same time I, got the telephone on my mobile 9911613500 to not order process through the internet, so Kindly place the order through mobile. I have place the order and given the payment through the credit card & credit card number dialing on mobile key pad. After seven days I got a dinner set without cutlery set and again next I got the same dineer set without cutlery set then I got my credit card statement to shown the cut ammount two time by INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB. I have logged complain regarding to return of the one extra dinner set & missing cutlery set then I have return the dinner set by courier in july & I got asurence to get the payment & cutlery set after 22days processing. I have logged the complain so many times on help line number 011-40502424, but we didnot get any responce from the INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUBto return the money & deliver the cutlery set to till date in nov.now i have send the letter to INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB to take the action as soon as possible
