I purchased Lava A10 mobile from Mobile Plaza Shp No. 25, Shiv Market Gur Mandi, Ludhiana on 04-04 vide bill no: 15. During first week of April the touch screen stopped working. It was duly complained to lava care, noida, and was told to submit the phone in question at the service centre of M/S Arora Comm. in VPO Barotiwala Tehsil Baddi Distt Solan (HP). He Said this is not a Company Care center. Visit the Company Care Center to Solve ur Problem. I am so suffer with Lava Mobile.
