1st Sim working But IInd Sim when we open his option set was hang

R/ Sir /Madam,

I have purchage LAVA A9 I have two recharge flaxy in sim no 1 is open his option but when we open the 11nd sim option set was in hang position. We go to service center at Panipat but they could not give positive responce. pl solve this problum as early as possiable.
