Not working

I have purchase LAVA A10 mobil on 1st jan 5 months till now... facing problem with the hand set not working properly, battery not getting charged & finaly its dead today. I feel dificult i dont have even spare phone and my superiers at office raising noice since i dont have mobile.

is there any solution for this...
