Dear Sir,

My Lava Mobile set model no- KKT30 (IMIE- 910040071003961) S/No.- KKT303050920020377 has been fulty since last 30 days and I deposited it to your authorized service center (M/S - Aditya Communication, Shop No. -9-10, Santoshi mata mandir, Eye Hospital Road, Sitapur.) They told me that the fulty part is not available. Sir, I am suffering alot. Please considor about my problem and give me a response as soon as possible.
