Dear Sir,
I had booked a Philips DVD Player with speaker (Product Code H-129) on 5.3.2010 vide order No. HB-6350. While on booking the above said product the terms and conditions for delivery of the above said goods was 21 days from the date of booking.
It is wroth to mention here that more than 21 days had been passed since the date of booking the Philips DVD Playerwith speaker (Product Code H-129) had not been devliered till date.
After on being making a contact with your concerned representative over phone time and again falls promise of delivery of the good had been made.
I here by put you to notice to comply the terms and conditins of the booking of the Philips DVD Playerwith speaker (Product Code H-129), failing which I will constrained to ventilate my grievance in appropriate forum within the frame work of law.
