Dear Sir,

I am purchased Lava Mobile set model no- LAVA A 10 (IMIE- 910545503110234) has been fulty (touch not working) since last 2 month and I deposited in to your authorized service center. M/S - JP Electronics, 18 DDA Market Nangloi-1 Main Rohtak Road, Near Pertol Pump, New Delhi, Pincode - 110041. Dated 21/08 They told me that the fulty part is not available. So Make the DO (DO NO. MZ1FDL004110810R127 & DO time period 45 Days) and change the hand set by retailer. RAJ TELECOM L – 625, 626 DDA FLAT MANGOL PURI DELHI – 110083. So i am deposit handset retailer shop Dated 29th AUG. 2011. But Sir, 45 days Above the deposit handset retailer not change the told me regularly KAL AANA, DO DIN BAAD AANA. EK WEEK BAAD AANA). Please considor about my problem and give me a response as soon as possible.
