First of my mobile is not swithing on. then i went your service center in ludhiana

named as HERO MOBILE WORLD.Mr Wasim is kept my with them.he gives me a number of lalit prasad for follow up. till date no body is picking phone.

my WO No: L10E29000523., WO date :08/09/10.

kindly take the neccessary action, because I am totally iresponsive without
