TOOK LCD 32' ON 08.02.2011. JUST TWO MONTHS LAPSED, HOLE APPEARED ON THE SCREEN. COMPLAINED. TOOK IT SERIOUSLY. CHANGED THE PANEL. JUST AFTER TWO MONTHS SUDDENLY STARTING PROBLEM.
COMPLAINED. VERY POOR RESPONSE. AFTER I MONTH ATTENDED. NO RESULT. RATHER COULD NOT IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM. SLEPT FOR ANOTHER ONE MONTH. AGAIN MAILED TO HELPLINE. RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY.
BUT COULD NOT TRACE THE PROBLEM. FROM LAST TWO MONTHS TV IS NOT OPERATING . STILL THEY ARE HITTING IN THE BUSH.
IN SUCH A SITUATION HOW COULD RELY ON SUCH A BRANDED COMPANY.
COULD U TELL ME WHY SHOULDN'T I GO TO CONSUMER FORUM.
IF POSSIBLE MAKE SOME REMEDY SOON.
