Service Centre Lost Handset

Dear Sir,

In the mid of May I had given my LG CDMA mobile for repairing to Vashi service centre. The team was incapable of resolving my handset problem and made me change its battery and even motherboard. Still the issue existed. Then on 1st June they again kept my mobile saying they will call me back with the resolution. But they didnt... I called them up many times and even went up to their service centre and they misguided me saying come after sometime and they will call back which never happened.

Then when i fired them, they told the truth they said they lost my mobile in shifting. This is really ridiculous and highly irreponsible of a renowned brand of India. They promised to get me a new handset but as usual that too never happened.

Then again i raised a complaint online at LG website. Some people are trying to help me out with the issue but still its stuck as the store manager of Vashi is making excuses and hiding now by not attending my calls or even the coordinators. The compliant reference numbers are as below –

And so finally I'm raising the consumer complaint now. Its been more than four and half month and now I'm really ashamed of LG services and lost all trust in this brand.

I expect an early solution to this. I have put in lot of my time and money in just a mobile problem.
