I perchace laptop from data car, pune at 20 feb. My laptop is not working propeary from last 1 month. laptop gives battery backup problem and external sound is not working know. i call to uer office so mam told that my laptop is not in waranty. so plz tell me what is the problem? becouse i pearchace laptop in this year in feb. so plz sir give me email as early as possible other wise call me on number
