I had purchase LG oven from www.Letsbuy.com site. My order no. is LSB-267722. I have received product but there r missing oven food making bartan Kit. In marketing there r same price that particular product with food making bartan Kit. But i purchased from your site with trusted name.

I had communicated letsbuy consumer executive many times. They said me ur query will be solved in 48 hours. But i am still waiting reply from 10 days.
