We have purchased an A/C from Reliance Digital/Vashi on Sunday 17th April and same was installed on 19th Evening. From 19th onwards it stopped working, and lodged complaint in L.G 24hrs Service Call Center and Relliance digital/Vashi. The problem was identified yesterday that gas was leaked (may be because of wrong installation) so there was cooling problem. Till now no one was attended and I want To claim my money back and my phone call charges n the tension.
Please consider this and take proper and immediate action.
