LG 29" LCD TV
No service during warranty period

Dear Sir,

I had bought a LG 29" LCD TV in Aug. The TV recently started giving a vertical lines and no picture. I have logged a compliant at their service center who are non-responsive. The technician visited once and confirmed that the LCD panel needs replacement, but did not comment on any date of fixing the problem. Its been more than a more than a month and still no action is being taken. Since the TV is within the warranty period I have requested for replacement which has fell on deaf ears.
