Hi Friends.
I have purchased LG LCD TV around June. On time of demo we have found that there is problem in reception of few channels. I have registered the complaint on 21Oct10 (C10A2318338) on registration I have been informed that the complaint will attended within 24Hrs; however it was attended after 8 days that to after repeated follow-up with local LG service center. The issue is still not resolved as some components are required for same.
The service center / call center has very good excuse every time you call them "No power", "System is down", "e-mail not working" etc.
I would just like all that the product may be good?? but service is very poor...
Please make sure you have good service of any product before you bye any product of any company.
