I have purchased a new LG Refrigerator on 28th of May. Right after delivery I found few small dents on the door, door alignment was not proper, gas-kit is not working properly, even door can not be closed properly. I purchased this fridge from vaishali sec-4 from the exclusive showroom of LG Ganpati plaza. Now I have paid all the money so company and dealer is playing around each other. I complaint to customer care but no response is there from company side. If i talked to the Area sales manager he said it happens in bulky products. I am shocked that after charging a new product price thay are giving us the defected products.
