I had Purchased AC1.5 Ton last year in Delhi with three free service. I called for first free service, Customer service told me that service Person will come within 3 working days. Besides of my several callings nobody came for any free service within one year. Even I have not received welcome call from LG. In this year again I called customer care for service. One Service person called me, and then I conformed him my address details, but he did not come. He told me this is not in my service area. You call customer care. Then after I called customer care, again to renew our old request for service. They told me to send technicians within 72 ours. It are very painful to inform you that after Complaing several times no action has been taken yet. My Ac is not properly cooling.

I have so many home appliances of LG Company, but I was not expecting this type of service from LG, only I can say worst service, I ever like this.

I have been facing lot of inconvenience as result of this during the peak season and see your inter immediately, otherwise I will have to move to consumer court regarding that.
