Hi All,

This is to bring under your notice that the LG company is only providing the sales but not the proper service to the customer. As i had bought the A/c belonging to LG company for the local dealer who is located in MUlund (EAST) New Canara Electronic dated 24/04/09 which is still in the warranty period but the A/c started giving the problem before it complete 1 yrs also for that i had been following up form past 2 months the first complaint was registered on 19/03/10 where the servicing for the A/c need to be done as the water was dipping down and the a/c was not able to provide the proper cooling. So on 21/03/10 an executive for LG named Bajrangi Chauhan has visited my place and charged me 400 hundred to resolve the issue never mind but after few hours he left form my place the same problem arised and again i need to call to the LG representative for fixing the same problem. Again after 2 days Mr Bajrangi informed me that he would sendhis Sr Eng at my place to resolve the issue and they visites my place and did some RND and informed me that the A/c is well efficent to work now but again the problem presist. Than Again i need to have a complaint this was my 3 complaint for the same issue that i had paid 400 Rs. So again i called the toll free nmber of LG Servise center spoke to the executive who transfered my line to the Sr person named Shailesh Tripati of lgservice and he arranged the conference with some Regional Head that was Swapnil Salvi and gave me a assurance that he problem will be resolved by send better person theyofficals from LG visited my place for the 4th time to resolve the issue but were not able to do it. Again one day i received the call asking for the A/c so i informed that the A/c is not working still so two executive again visited my palce named sonu and some one (name not identified) to take both the units (indoor, outdoor) to the company service centre for resolving the issue and after 3 days they had sent me the both the units saying the the necessary measure's had been taken but the problem still was not resolved. So i requested Mr Raghunath G emp 38 to take back the units and get it done by replacing it. The reason i m tell to replace it because in one year only the A/c had given me such a big issue than imagine after 2 yrs its wont work only right...
