Poor Quality and Service

I bought an LG Split AC before one and half year. Now the AC is not at all cooling and also there is a water leakage from the main unit. I raised a complaint regarding this to the customer care on August 15th, The service person visited my home at 16th of August and found there is a GAS leakage in the Out door unit and he said he will send a specialised team to fix the hole. but till then he asked me not to switch on the AC. But till today August 27, no body has came. Daily I called to customer care, every time I call they said my issue will be fixed with in 24 Hours. Atlast they gave the phone number of the service person. I called that person, he said he will send people with in 30 minutes, but no body has came. Again I called the service person, but this time he did not pick the call. I tried him reaching for every 10 minutes, some time the call may go in wait. I tried to call him from a different number, then he picks the call, again he said he will send people in 30 minutes. The same story repeats Everyday. My kind advice to you guys Don't prefer to buy Air conditioners from LG. If you choose then you need to suffer through out.
