THRICE I HAD REGISTERED COMPLAINT WITH LG CUSTOMER CARE AND TWICE THEY SENT SERVICE PERSONNEL AND THE PROBLEM REPORTED WAS NOT CORRECTED. THIRD TIME THEY EVEN DID NOT RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINT, REQUEST ID IS 120509057403.DATED 08-05. THE COMPLAINT IS THAT ON SWITCHING ON THE AC IT WILL NOT WORK AND FAN WILL WORK FOR A SHORT TIME. IT TAKES 1-2 HOURS TO FUNCTION THE AC AFTER SWITCHING ON THE AC.
THE SECOND TIME SENT PERSON INFORMED US OF AC GAS LEAKAGE AND IS 25% SHORT AND ADVISED US TO REFILL AND CHARGED 1498 FOR REFILLING. EVEN AFTER THAT ALSO THE SAME PROBLEM SUSTAINS. WHAT SHOULD WE DO?
