We bought LG refrigerator on 25th aug Inv.no. SINVIJVI109/12276 and
unfortunately it came for repair already 3rd time for the same defect.
It show that local service center was not able to fix a small problem and moreover
we are sorry to inform that local service center convinced us to take
annual maintenance contract so that we may not face problems like shipping our
refrigerator to service center and don't have to pay for repair charges every time.
So we paid Rs.850 towards AMC which will end on 25th Aug. After receiving the money
they are not at all interested to attend our complaint. It is totally cheating on their part.
So when we lodged our last complaint on 27th May as usual they said some one
will come and collect the refrigerator and untill now no one turned up and
when we called them, they very rude and after making us suffer for 6 days
they says we should bring it to their premises to get it repaired. Even we called
call center and they always give only one reply, " some one will get back
to you within 24 hrs". Call center people were so adamant and not even bother to listen
our complaint. Looks like very cheap call center.
