Washing machine door stuck

I filed a complaint regarding my washing machine.complaint id c 1082507128 .

I could not open the door of washing machine after washing the cloths. A technician was sent to my place &

he ended up breaking the glass &manually picking the door apart.

now I am supposed to pay for the door rs.2600 excluding service charges plus taxes.

I believe that the door was in good condition & the lock could have been repaired professionally.

Replacing the door is unnecessary expense for me.

Please look in to the matter.
