Attery back up

Dear Sir,

I had bought a LG P500 handset around 4 months back. My no is 9590111051. The problem I am facing is that the battery backup of the said hand set is pathetic if u are using 3g services of BSNL the battery does not last even half a day, I am a business bank and I really feel sorry for having bought this hand set. Pl help me
